Just returned from Batam Camp 2010. This camp, compared to the combined UG Camp, this has been a really meaningful camp, I swear. i wasn't really looking forward to going for this camp on Orientation Day 2010. But after this camp, I think I did not regret going for this camp. (:
I really would like to thank the committee, which was made up mostly from the trainers from the combined UG camp. They were really a fun loving batch of trainers, which made me enjoy this camp alot. Like, without these trainers, I think I would not have been having that little hope of going for this camp. (: They may not read this blog, but I would like to thank:
Firstly, Alvin for being a wonderful and understanding Camp Chief, because he has been a nice trainer during the Batam Camp. Although he may not have a good command over his languages, I seriously think you are really a lovable trainer! Love you! :D
Next, Wayne! You have been like very quiet, but don't need act de laa. (: I think during the combined UG camp you have been pushing me alot, without you, I may have already been giving up le. Thank you, you have been a FUN trainer. :D
Next up, Joel! You have been the very Special One for the camp. Without you being behind the scenes, the camp may not have worked out the way it was! You are like the engine to the whole committee i swear, and I think you should smile more you know! :D
Next.. Yiping and Akasha! They may not be part of the committee, but I believe they were also part of the planning committee for this camp, and Yiping! don't stress, smile more! you this camp like so sian sian! (: And akasha, take care of your boy boy kay! :D
Next, I would like to thank 4e3'10 trainers, Addy, Jiemin, Allan, and JY! (: thank you for taking care of us during this 3D2N camp! you guys have been very wondeful trainers, fun-loving people, and also best friends to some of us! Love you loads! :D
Lastly, Delane for being the behind-the-scenes Camp Advisor! He has been very strict with us but still a very FUN person. Thank you for being so patient with us during the UG camp! (:

Before I complete my breakdown of 2009, here comes my new year resolution of 2010:

1. I want to do very well for my O levels.
2. I want to be able to control my temper. Never hate this year, only love.
3. I want to think out of the box in different situations.
4. I want to become a better leader.
5. I want all my friends to stay with me, and have better relationships. The more, the better.
6. Confidence, commitment and competence is what I want to have, ANCO09!
7. Concentration is another C that I want to have!
8. I want 5Cs, let me see. last C shall be caring. (:
9. I want to spead love to my close ones! V10, 4e3'10, etc.
10. Lastly, and most importantly. No distractions.

This is my top 10 resolutions for the year, I know nothing is impossible. I'll try my best to fulfill my resolutions. ^^ and and, let's wish for a good start to the year, and a wonderful ending. (:

Next up will be my breakdown of year 2009. (:

January 2009: Coming into class 3e3'09, I really felt very uneasy. Very little people came into 3e3'09 from 2e2'08. And I kind of had a bad impression in front of others from day one, always like that. The aura was strong, I knew Miki and Wantien hated me that time. Haha. Then came the time we had to take over slowly as probation NCOs.

Febuary 2009: Speech Day trainings, we became Guard-of-Honour. Was really proud to be the GOH, it was definitely going to be a good experience. Miki and I became better friends, guessed we cleared the doubts between us. (: Joined Singapore-Malaysia First Aid Competition, it was a once in a lifetime experience. (: I really enjoyed those times, thinking back.

March 2009: GOH training has become more intensive, we had to show that we weren't chosen to be the Guard-of-Honour just because of our record of the 10 consecutive gold. (: NCO training was still on, as we had to go through this intensive training. D: although it was tough, NCOs'09 held on. I made more friends, and Miki became my best friend. :D SinMa, we tried many different combinations of teams, and they were going to choose the teams real soon...

April 2009: Finally, the day has come. Speech Day was a success, we didn't let the senior officers down! :D Being the GOH was a good experience, as it showed everyone how SJAB rises to the occasion. (: The record of the 10 consecutive gold showed how SJAB really got it, and how much we deserved it and wanted it. Exams were coming, yet I didn't seem anxious about it at all. SinMa, finally the team was chosen. Confirmed in the teams, but unsure of which team, and which position.

May 2009: Exams, and birthday. Seems like not many remember my birthday though. D: the results weren't really very good, rather disappointed at my results. Became a class finally, after 5 months. :D SinMa, team chosen. Singapore Ambulance Adult Team, Number 3. I really miss those times, the experience was very good. At least I didn't regret joining. :D Finally NCOs, as the 93 batch stands down from their post.

June 2009: Finally the holidays. But it didn't seem like honeymoon for me. Zone FAC, ANCO, SinMa FAC. Busy like shit, OMG. Zone FAC was on 7 June 2009, we did really well. Champions. For all 4 categories. (: ANCO, Platoon 2, Section 3. Sad to say, I had to leave early due to SinMa. ): But I really like Section 3, they really put in 110% effort to win back the best section. I'm really proud of Section 3. and 4 too, cos we are a platoon, and we ARE the best platoon. :D SinMa. Training was rather little, and not that intensive. But I guess we did put in our best, did we? Then we also had to practice for dance for that night's dinner. So yeapp. (: Lastly, class gathering at my house. Barbecue, it was rather fun as a gathering together as a class. After tomorrow have one more kay! ^^

July 2009: Back to school, vowed to work harder, not to disappoint le. (: So I started studying like mad. AND, DUE TO FREAKING H1N1, CCA WAS CANCELLED FOR THIS WHOLE MONTH. SO NO CHANCE TO TAKE OVER THE TUESDAY ACTIVITIES. D: the group was formed in this month, and made many many friends. (:

August 2009: Fruitful month. National Day and Teachers' Day. I was in the committee for the Teachers' Day class celebration, planned a rather successful celebration, and also went smoothly thanks to many many people. :D Had alot of fun this month, we also had Miss Wong's wedding. (: Study study study! D:

2009 is finally coming to an end. My year of 2009 wasn't really very smooth. However, there was still alot of fun, joy and laughter, mixed with unhappiness and tears. Although it was full of ups and downs, the time still passed very quickly. I'll welcome 2010 with both arms, and wish that it's going to be a very fruitful year. :D

Life is short.
2009 is for us to break the rules.
2009 is for us to forgive and forget quickly.
2009 is to let us love truthfully.
2009 is for us to laugh till our heart's content.
2009 is never a year for us to regret anything we have done, as long as we followed our hearts.
2009 has been a year that allowed me to become a more mature person.
2009 has also been a year for me to gain so many friends, from ANCO, Zone 10, Hai Sing Catholic, etc.
2009 has been a year to make me become a better leader, and love my loved ones, including my dearest V10 darlings.
However, I'm really disappointed over many stuffs. I trusted you all, but you all lied to me, again and again.

Here coming 2010 in less than 6 hours.
I wish 2010 would be a year of fruitful events.
I wish 2010 will be a lucky year, especially for my Os.
I wish 2010 will be a year whereby my friends and I become closer.
I wish 2010 will allow me to fill this world with love. (:
And let's hope I won't get distracted by anything in the year of 2010.

back. I'm real tired after tuition today, ah. Studied add maths, revised binomial and was introduced to that circle chapter. rather easy, can relate to coordinate geometry. (: hmmm, later lunched over at city square. The first eco-mall in singapore! I think it was rather cool, heh. The NTUC there had this recycling machine, and it works like this. You just have to go there and have your empty cans or bottles recycled, then have money refunded. Yeah, then that NTUC has a lot of features, most of the items there like the racks, are taken from the Khatib branch, and some things are made fully of cardboards! haha. cool.

What's with you, you really shouldn't feel sad over this. What is done, cannot be undone. Just face it, and it'll be over.

OMG. SOCCER TRAINING JUST NOW WAS TOUGH, I PRACTICALLY INJURED EVERY PART OF MY BODY THAT I COULD HAVE INJURED LAA. CRAZY ENOUGH. because shaun wasn't around, he's overseas. guess he's coming back today. D: lols. and and, not many people went for training anyways, only 7 of us. lols. so goalkeeper lor. started of with something light today, finally. then was diving all over the place, those people shoot like rockets. but anyways, it's not the worst. our opponents were worst, they shoot like super-rockets! and i wasn't wearing gloves, guess i injured my left arm, right neck also very suan now. ): hmmm, but at least i didn't do that bad this week. It seems that I'm improving gradually, week in week out. But come next year, I really have alot of choices to make. I really dread for next year to come. I am finally back from school. Meeting in the morning, actually overslept. Lol. Supposed to wake up at 5.40, woke up at 6.30. Then never mind, caught 7.10 shuttle bus out to MRT station. Went to white sands later to get some breakfast, before heading to school. TOTALLY NO MOOD TO DO HOMEWORK AGAIN. PFFT. Then xianwen lured me to watch movie with him, asshole. tsk, then watched till 9.30.

We had meeting about the latest public duty, batch tee, and also farewell party. After that, packed the camp stuffs. Yunyu and I were tying up all the campcraft poles together, so easier to settle when the band room is open. Then clean up everything, so now the room doesn't seem that messy le.

Lunched at downtown with elaine, kipwai, mirza, yunyu, and xianwen. Xianwen was then informed that he had his OBS gathering at dte. Then best friend and yunyu had class chalet. So left the three guys. Went back school, and practically wasted 4 hours 'doing' homework. heh. but at least I finished the proposal, and we had a good heart-to-heart talk. :D in addition, we took alot of photos! heh. and anyways, was waiting for kipwai to finish, then he tell me not passing up. Wanted to pass up, the shuttles were locked. ): so another tomorrow, dead. Sure scolded by ms lee one. D: gosh. Walked to white sands together, crapped, and then all went in different ways. I have been like sitting in front of the computer since 9 this morning. And what I have done is only 3 questions of my comprehension. Tsktsktsk, yongliang. This 9 hours could have been much more productive if you put in effort. D: come on, I need someone to motivate me leh. pfft. who who who?

Tomorrow going school early to settle my english homework, unless I can clear it tonight. Then must pack the sjab room and have meeting about some issues. *top secret* (: Now I'm still deciding whether to meet up with seniors, or should I stay in school to finish up my homework. Stuck in between leh. Left or right?

And it so happens that in life, there are so many such things happening to every single one of us. It's just that, at times, we don't realise it. Until we are really down and unhappy over certain issues then we get to come to know about these. How I wish that in life, none of these things ever happen.

And to think of it, after many people have told me about it. I really look damn fierce when I don't smile. They all tell me that they don't dare to talk to me cos I look scarryyy. ): so yeah. I will try my best to smile kay, those that have told me I look scarryyy. (: haha. I WILL SMILE AS BIG AS POSSIBLE. :D

I'm really unhappy at the way how you react at times. It really makes me feel like I'm inferior to you. I just really feel really upset over this. I don't know how you feel about me. But I really hope it's something good and soothing to the ears. (:

back from yesterday's zone presentation night. Phew, it was messy indeed.

If you compared last year's zone presentation, and this year's, wow. Big difference indeed.

But I guess it was the fun we had together last night. Between the whole corp, from the officers to the cadets. NCOs also did really well, we pulled ourselves together and came out with the dance that we were always afraid of, perfectly. I didn't expect to win, whoever won it would be fine with me, because we really didn't train as a team until before the actual event itself. And even before the audition, some of us suggested a few changes to the dance, with fears that the group will forget that we've changed this and that during the dance. Therefore, I would like to dedicate a message to V10.

To V10:

Thank you for pulling yourselves together, and not forgeting any of the steps at all. even if you did, you didn't show that funny funny face. I think we really did rather well yesterday, and even if we didn't win, this group of darlings are still champions in my heart.

Kylie - Thank you for getting Alexandra to come in to help us choreograph the dance, and we actually only had less than 2 hours to practice that full dance, and only 1 hour together to practice as V10. I thank you very much for the effort you have placed into this competition, although we have quarrelled a few times during the practices. (: thanks! ^^
Yi Xin - HAHA. YOU MANAGED TO REMEMBER ALL THE STEPS DURING THE DANCE YESTERDAY! WELL DONE YEAH, GOOD JOB! ^^
Yun Yu and Elaine - Not much to say about you two, but you two also put in a stunning and wonderful performance! Lucky elaine didn't fall down eh. haha. if not yunyu's going to comfort you and we will all start laughing again. :D
